Built on the coast of Maine, this lap joint dory is designed for one to three year old toddlers, and when they have outgrown the dory, it makes a fine heirloom collectable to be passed on from generation to generation. The quality is that good!

Handcrafted on the Coast of Maine by a former fisherman, this is a small replica of the classic Dory still in use along the Maine coast today.

Each child rocking dory boat ( rocking dory boat ) is painstakingly built one by one from a variety of hard and soft woods consisting of twenty-seven separate pieces. All pieces of the rocking dory boat are either glued, nailed, or screwed for as much strength as possible. The top rails and inner ribs are made or hardwood glued and fastened with solid brass screws. The dimensions of the dories are: approx. length 41" - approx. width 17" - approx. height 17". When you are looking for a very high-quality toy to give your child or grandchild, this is it!

The dories come in a variety of colors. The four  color combinations we have available are  red and white blue and white green and white red and green The inside is stained with a dark oak.  All paints and stains are child safe.

A simple solution is to use the Netscape browser. In recent months, we have gone back to using Netscape because the security and constant POPUP issues do not exist with Netscape. It is a great browser!! Netscape browser has absolutely no problem in submitting orders through the cart system. We love it and HIGHLY recommend it - Netscape is not targeted by the spammers through the security backdoor issues that MSIE is targeted for. In case you are not aware, you can have two browsers on your computer at once and have them both open at the same time and go between the two, just so long as your computer resources (hard drive and memory) will support it.

Note: We have heard from some users that updating your security patches at Microsoft.com will help to update this problem. We have all of our updates as "up-to-date" as they can get anytime they are issued, so we have not experienced any problems making the transactions go through our shopping system.
